November 28 Affiliate Program: Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the November 28 Affiliate Program! To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all participants, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:
1. Commission Eligibility
- Confirmed Sales Only: Commissions are earned on confirmed sales only. A sale is considered confirmed once the product has been purchased through your affiliate link and the return period (30 days) has expired without the item being returned.
- No Commission on Returns: If a product is returned by the customer before the return period is over, the sale will not be considered confirmed, and no commission will be paid on that transaction.
- Exclusions: Commissions are not earned on any products that are on sale or discounted. Only full-priced items qualify for commission payments.

Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn a 25% commission on all confirmed purchases made by customers outside of India using their unique affiliate link.
- For sales made to customers within India, the commission rate will be adjusted to 10-15% per confirmed purchase, depending on the specific product or promotional campaign.
2. Payment Details
- Account Information: To receive your commission payments, you must provide us with your bank account number and the account holder’s name. Please email these details to us at support@november28.in once you have generated your first confirmed sale.
- Payment Method: Commissions will be transferred directly to the bank account you have provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that the account information is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Marketing and Promotion
- Promotional Materials: Affiliates are encouraged to use the promotional materials provided by November 28. You may also create your own content, provided it aligns with our brand guidelines and does not misrepresent our products or offers.
- Prohibited Practices: Affiliates must not engage in any misleading or deceptive marketing practices, including but not limited to false advertising, misrepresentation of product features, or unauthorized discounts. Any such behavior may result in termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of earned commissions.
4. Program Termination
- Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time by notifying us in writing.
- Involuntary Termination: November 28 reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, with or without cause. In cases of fraud, breach of these terms, or unethical behavior, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
